About hi5jive

Starting in 2014 at the Cosmopolitan Club in Dosthill, hi5jive relocated to the Mile Oak Community Centre and has offered a brilliant freestyle jive event ever since with only the dreaded Covid causing any interruption.

 

hi5jive has a regular number of keen dancers of all levels, who love attending for 3 hours of dancing to the music of DJs Colin & Darren. Hi5jive offers pure freestyle dancing, no classes, so the time is fully devoted to jive on the great sprung dance floor. Host Mike will make you feel welcome, as well as all the friendly faces who will help you to find your dancing feet in no time.

 

Not only does hi5jive provide a top quality dance night, we also give back to the community locally in Mile Oak, as well as fundraisers for good causes. Non-alcoholic drinks and nibbles are provided, you are more than welcome to bring your own alcohol.

We've had some brilliant reviews (check out Paul Jeffery's review from Jan 2022!) and have a great group of regular dancers who make it a great night out!
